Explora’s 2nd Annual Training Camp was successfully held at Auberge Discovery Bay Hotel Hong Kong from 8-9 November. The training session was specifically designed by LSF Global Limited for Explora’s consultants, intended to empower us with skills to bring us from Good to GREAT. It also provided a precious opportunity for the Explora family to reunite and create special memories together.
We would also like to extend our thanks to our trainers Aalok, Joyti and April, who have given a full-day training session to our consultants.
Throughout the training, senior and junior consultants shared their experiences and values.
We all felt joyful and inspired from the compelling training and sharing, covering topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Active Listening and Personal Branding. Not surprisingly, most of our consultants gained a high score in the emotional intelligence test.
